When we initially chose our Santa Barbara wedding location, I never thought we would need a wedding coordinator. Even though we were having approximately 200 guests, I figured as long as we had everything planned and organized ahead of time, why would we need any extra help…right? Well hiring Christa and Carol turned out to be one of the best decisions we made in creating the wedding of a lifetime. Our wedding would not have been nearly as wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable for me, my husband, and our families, had it not been for Christa and Carol's professional and detail oriented planning and organization of every tiny detail for the big "day of."
When my husband and I had our first sit down consultation with Christa and Carol, they asked questions and proposed scenarios I had not thought of and offered advice we both took to heart. When my husband and I left, we both looked at each other and realized what an incredible burden was going to be lifted off our shoulders the day of the wedding.
When the big day finally arrived, there they were, microphones on, and clip boards in hand. They made sure everything was running smoothly and on time and covered all the little details like making sure we had our marriage certificate, preparing the event location to our expectations, and making sure the wedding party was "behaving." Once the ceremony started everything went off without a hitch, and to be honest, without the level of nerves I have heard many brides and grooms describe. The ceremony was perfect and as the afternoon and night went on, everything fell into place. We hardly noticed when Christa had to "bounce" out a wedding crasher!
Much to Christa and Carol's credit, our wedding turned into the dream wedding we had pictured and the whole event surpassed most of our family and friends wildest expectations. We have been told by most who attended that it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they have ever been to… and I feel Christa and Carol deserve much thanks for helping us create and most of all enjoy our once in a lifetime wedding experience!!
