Carol and Christa a mother/daughter team bring a wonderful balance to wedding coordinating. They work extremely well together and are committed to excellence in every sense of the word. You feel like they are part of your family right away and they have an uncanny ability to help you put away any concerns, stress or fears of what is to be a most memorable event in any couple's lives…their wedding day. They are incredibly knowledgeable, creative, organized, professional, personal, caring, and at the same time so much fun to work with. We have two more daughters that will most likely be married some day and Carol and Christa will be the first ones I call to invite to be apart of their weddings.
I would like to tell you that our daughter's wedding was flawless….well almost. We had prayed about every situation we could think of prior to the wedding, except one. At the very beginning of the ceremony we had just walked our daughter down the aisle to stand next to her soon to be husband to begin their actual ceremony. We were seated in the front row anticipating the vows they were about to make and the magical hours that were about to take place after a year of planning and dreaming. What we did not know was that the siren we heard in the background was driving in the driveway of the estate where the wedding was taking place. Apparently my step Dad was having what he thought was a heart attack and was being taken away by ambulance to a local hospital. This was all being handled very discreetly so as not to interrupt what was taking place. No one knew (including us) what was happening at the time. Carol and Christa managed to handle this situation with the utmost compassion and wisdom without missing s single beat. They assisted my step dad and mom throughout the entire situation, made sure to update us immediately after the ceremony was over, and consoled us all while making sure every detail of the wedding was being handled with immaculate care. They are truly amazing.
Carol and Christa both are very warm and friendly and made a point of chatting with many of the guests. They worked so well with the wedding party and other vendors and had some wonderful advice to make them all feel more relaxed. I had heard horror stories of how some wedding coordinators work…more like drill sergeants. This team is organized and in control but makes sure that everyone is on task but having fun. They are a real joy to work with.
Lastly I would like to comment on their commitment to expertise. On the day of our daughter's wedding Carol was experiencing excruciating back pain, but you would never know that by the way she smiled, worked, and the focus that remained on her agenda throughout the entire event. That was to make sure our daughter's wedding was as wonderful and positively memorable as it could possibly be. We are deeply appreciative and impressed with Carol and Christa in all that they did for us. We highly recommend them as terrific wedding coordinators.
